Everything above the wall plate—designed, fitted and guaranteed.
Pitched, flat, leadwork, chimneys, valleys, emergency repairs and long-term maintenance plans. Whatever the roof is doing, this page tells you exactly how we'd approach it.
Pitched roofing — slate & tile
New roofs and full re-roofs in natural slate, clay tile, concrete tile and specialist heritage materials. Timber, membrane and battens replaced as standard — a roof is a system, not a covering.
Survey & spec
Free on-site inspection. Written spec including timber condition, ventilation and material.
Strip & inspect
Old covering removed, structure assessed properly. No hidden extras once we start.
Underlay, batten, tile
Breathable membrane, treated batten, mechanical fixings to current standards.
Ridge, hip & verge
Dry-fix or bedded to the property's era. Lead flashings replaced, not painted over.
Flat roofing systems
Extensions, garages, dormers, commercial roofs. We install the three systems that actually last in the UK climate — and we'll tell you honestly which one suits your build.
EPDM Rubber
Single-sheet, seamless, cold-applied. Our default for domestic extensions.
GRP Fibreglass
Rigid, walkable, coloured trims. Ideal for balconies and dormers.
Torch-on Felt
Traditional three-layer system. Cost-effective and still specified where it fits.
Leadwork, chimneys & valleys
Ninety percent of leaks aren't the tiles — they're the joints. Chimneys, abutments, valleys and parapets are where our leadwork earns its keep.
Repairs, maintenance & emergencies
Reactive repairs
Slipped tiles, leaking valleys, blown ridges, storm damage. Same-week attendance, first-time fixes where possible.
Annual maintenance
Yearly inspection, gutter clear, moss treatment, flashing check and a written report. The cheapest way to add a decade to any roof.
